IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS.

General Information.

The products shown on Our website are offered for sale within the limit of available stock and under the conditions of sale specified on the Website. We reserve the right to modify at any time and without notice the Products displayed on the Website. The sale conditions related to the Products, in particular pricing conditions, are those in force at the time You place an Order. We shall not be held liable in any way should it run out of inventory or if any Product becomes unavailable for any reason.

SAS Products.

The SAS-manufactured Products on our website are handcrafted in small batches to provide our customers the best quality, freshest products. Even though We use our proprietary recipe for all of our Products, the nature of our process could mean that variation occurs per batch in odor, feel, and volume of each individual product.

If you have extremely sensitive skin or a history of topical allergies, We recommend doing a patch test prior to applying significant amounts of our Products. A patch test is done by placing a small portion of our product on a small portion of your skin, such as the back of your hand or your upper arm. It is your responsibility to contact a doctor immediately if you think you are having an allergic reaction to Our Products. Common allergens, active ingredients, and ingredients that are over two percent of the volume of our product are on each product page for reference. When our ingredients are not common allergens and protected by trade secrets, we may not list them on our site unless otherwise required. You use our Products at your own risk. Cosmetics are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. You understand that these are not FDA-approved or tested or verified by any governing body.

Our Products are safe for normal use as insect repellants on one’s skin. Our Products should not be applied to eyes, salivary glands, open wounds, or sensitive areas. They should not be ingested.

Thirteen Years of Age or Older.

Use of the Website is limited to persons who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. The Website is not directed to persons under the age of thirteen. Our policy is NOT to knowingly collect any personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of 13, you should leave the Website without providing any information about yourself. Any access to or use of the Website by anyone under the age of 18 requires consent to these Terms by a parent or legal guardian. By accessing or using the Website, you represent and warrant to us that you are either a legal adult or have obtained proper consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Website and agree to the Terms.

Our Privacy Policy is separately posted at Sea Anchored Secrets Instagram and Facebook pages. By using our Website, you agree with our Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.

Prices and Payment Terms.

All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on our Website are subject to change without notice. The price changed for a particular product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

Sales and special offers may run for limited times only. These may not apply to physical stores that carry Our products, if any. Online sales and special offers will not be honored beyond the stated time limit or once stock runs out.

Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart. Shipping and handling will vary according to location.

Terms of payment are within the sole discretion of SAS and its chosen payment providers, as updated from time to time. Payment must be received by Us before acceptance or fulfillment of an Order. By providing Us and our third-party payment provider your credit card information, you represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete; you are duly authorized to use such credit card for your purchase; charges incurred by You will be honored by Your credit card company; and You will pay charges incurred by You at the posted prices, including shipping and handling and all appliable taxes.

Orders.

You make an Order on our Website by adding items to the shopping cart and purchasing said items. We may refuse to accept Your Order in our sole discretion, with or without explanation. We will not charge you for any Order we chose not to accept.

You may change or cancel Your Order at any time before it is shipped. You must notify us at seaanchoredsecrets@gmail.com as soon as possible if you choose to change or cancel your order. If Your Order has already shipped, You may not cancel it.

We may cancel Your Order at any time in our sole discretion. We will refund you within three days of sending you a notification of cancellation. We will cancel any orders that appear to be attempted resellers or exporters.

Delivery.

We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to post office boxes at this time. SAS ships Orders within one to five days of receiving Orders. We will provide you notice if shipping is expected to take longer than five days. We currently ship via the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS but may change shipment services at any time. Delivery time may vary by location, time of year, and other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an Order. We provide tracking information and shipper carrier information for You to the e-mail address provided in your Order Form.

No Returns.

All online sales are final once shipped. Items may not be exchanged once purchased. No returns are provided for our online store.

Any purchases made of our products at a physical store may only be returned or exchanged at the store where purchased, if permitted by that store’s return policies. Purchases from a physical store may not be returned online.

If you think you have received a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us at seaanchoredsecrets@gmail.com and send your original order confirmation and receipt. We will review the product and, if found to be defective or incorrect, will either provide you the correct or replacement product, or immediately connect you with the manufacturer. We do not provide refunds for defective or incorrect products.

Warranties, Disclaimers, and Indemnification.

SAS does not provide warranties for any of its products. If the manufacturer includes any warranties with their products, the warranty information will be included in the Product packaging.

Our name, logo, and product names are registered or unregistered trademarks owned by Sea Anchored Secrets LLC, its partners, or its subsidiaries. SAS has a license to use the registered and unregistered trademarks of the third-party Products, Manufacturers, and brands of all of the Products on its page. Use of any of these marks, whether owned by SAS or licensed to SAS, without written permission is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of Our intellectual property rights. Images of Our products, videos on the Website, written description of products, and any blog posts on the Website are the registered or unregistered copyrighted material of SAS or validly licensed third-party material. Use of these items without written permission is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of Our intellectual property rights.

From time to time, SAS may use third-party photos or images through a license or assignment or due to the image or photo being in the public domain. If you see an image that you believe is yours and not validly licensed, assigned, or in the public domain, please notify SAS immediately at seaanchoredsecrets@gmail.com or on our contact us page. We will take down the image within seventy-two hours of notification in order to investigate the claim, if necessary. If a reasonable and appropriate investigation determines that the claim is false or no infringement has occurred, the image may be replaced on the website.

You agree that, in purchasing the Products, you shall not create non-approved derivatives of the Products or reverse engineer the Products in any way. This is a violation of SAS’s intellectual property rights and an immediate breach of these Terms.

Resale and Distribution.

Products on the SAS Website are for personal use only unless identified otherwise. They are not for resale, export, business use, or other commercial use without agreement with a particular Distributor. Orders which we suspect are for unauthorized resale, export, or commercial use are subject to cancellation.

We do have agreements with distributors for resale. If you are interested in being an SAS reseller or retailer, please reach out to Us at seaanchoredsecrets@gmail.com for our distributor agreement.

Resalers and retailers are permitted to purchase cases of Products from the SAS Website for Distribution with additional disclosures. Under no circumstances may cases be exported for sale or otherwise.

Other Considerations.

SAS will not be responsible to You nor deemed to have breached these Terms for any failure or delay in our performance when such failure or delay is caused by acts or circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, such as major weather events, riots, or insurrections.
